Terms & Conditions for ticket purchases

These terms apply to the purchase of tickets for events organized by Disrupting AS (Disrupt) (hereinafter referred to as “the organizer”). By purchasing a ticket, you accept these terms and conditions.

1. Ticket purchase

All tickets are sold through our ticket provider. A purchase confirmation with the ticket will be sent to the email address provided after payment has been completed.

It is the buyer’s responsibility to verify that the information in the order is correct before completing the purchase.

Tickets are valid only for the specific event, date, and time stated on the ticket.

2. Refunds & right of withdrawal

Purchased tickets are non-refundable.

If an event is cancelled, ticket buyers will receive information about any applicable refunds via email.

In the event of a change of date or significant changes to the event, the organizer will provide information regarding any applicable refund arrangements.

Service fees and ticket charges may in some cases be non-refundable.

3. Cancellation or changes

The organizer reserves the right to make necessary changes to the program, line-up, schedule, or location.

In the event of cancellation, the ticket holder will normally be entitled to a refund of the ticket price, but not for any additional costs such as transportation, accommodation, or similar expenses.

4. Age restrictions

Any applicable age restrictions will be stated in the event information.

The organizer reserves the right to require valid identification at the entrance.

Persons who do not meet the age requirement may be denied entry without a refund.

5. Admission and removal

The organizer and security personnel reserve the right to deny entry or remove individuals who:

  • are visibly intoxicated

  • behave in a threatening or irresponsible manner

  • violate the organizer’s rules

  • pose a safety risk

This does not entitle the individual to a refund.

6. Liability

Participation in the event is at your own risk.

The organizer is not responsible for:

  • lost or stolen belongings

  • personal injury resulting from participation in the event, unless caused by gross negligence by the organizer

  • indirect costs related to the event

7. Photography and video

Photos and videos may be taken during the event for use in marketing, social media, and documentation.

By attending the event, you consent to the organizer using such material without further compensation.

8. Resale of tickets

Tickets may not be resold at a higher price than the original purchase price without the organizer’s consent.

The organizer does not guarantee the validity of tickets purchased through unauthorized channels.

9. Force majeure

The organizer is not responsible for failure to carry out the event if this is due to circumstances beyond the organizer’s control, including but not limited to:

  • natural events

  • government orders

  • strikes

  • pandemics

  • security situations

10. Security checks

For safety reasons, the Organizer and security personnel reserve the right to conduct security checks of persons and belongings upon entry.

Items that may pose a safety risk, including but not limited to weapons, illegal substances, or other prohibited items, may be confiscated or denied entry to the event area.

Failure to comply with security checks may result in denied entry without refund.

11. Prohibited items

The following items are not permitted at the event unless explicitly authorized by the Organizer:

  • illegal substances

  • weapons or objects that may be used as weapons

  • fireworks, flares, or other pyrotechnics

  • professional photo, video, or audio recording equipment without accreditation

  • other items deemed unsafe by the Organizer or security personnel

  • Food, drinks or any from of liquid

  • Bottles

  • Large bags

  • Animals

  • Sponsorship, promotional or marketing material

  • Marker pens, spray paint or any other similar items that may be used to mark infrastructure

The Organizer reserves the right to refuse entry to anyone in possession of prohibited items.

12. Sound, Lighting, and Strobe Effects

Events may include loud music, strobe lighting, and other visual effects.

Individuals who are sensitive to loud sound levels, flashing lights, or similar stimuli attend the event at their own risk.

The Organizer shall not be held responsible for any health effects related to exposure to such elements during the event.
