Opening hours

Doors open at 20:00 (8:00 PM) and the event ends at 03:00 (3:00 AM).

Please note that entry closes at 00:00 (midnight). This means you will not be allowed to enter the venue after this time.

Re-entry is not permitted. If you leave the venue after entering, you will not be allowed back in. This applies from 20:00.

We recommend arriving early to avoid queues at the entrance, as many people will be entering the venue.

Arrival, tickets and age limit

For safety reasons, all guests will be subject to a security check upon arrival.

All guests must also pass ID verification before entering the venue.

The event has a 20+ age limit, and no guardian arrangement is available.

Valid photo ID is required for entry. Guests who cannot present valid ID will be denied entry without refund.

Guests who appear visibly intoxicated may be refused entry.

Prohibited items

The following items are not allowed inside the venue:

• Professional photo, video, or audio equipment (including video cameras or cameras with detachable lenses)

• Bottles, cans, or other hard, sharp, or heavy objects

• Large bags, luggage, or backpacks

• Weapons or weapon-like objects, fireworks, or laser pointers

• Banners, large flags, umbrellas or folding chairs

• Outside food or beverages

• Selfie sticks

• Drones

• Animals

• Illegal substances

Any other item that may disturb other guests, pose a safety risk, or violate Norwegian law may also be denied entry.

Cloakroom

A staffed cloakroom will be available at the venue.

Capacity is limited, so we recommend arriving early if you wish to secure space.

Please keep your cloakroom ticket safe. We recommend taking a photo of it when you receive it.

Lost ticket = no return of items.

If you lose your cloakroom ticket, we will not return any clothing or belongings, even if you are able to describe them.

Please contact Lost & Found after the event to reclaim your items.

Facilities at the venue

At the venue you will find:

• Bar with full license (alcohol sales close at 02:30)

• Restrooms

• Food (we sell pizza at the bar)

• Cloakroom

• Lounge area

• Medic area

Medical / First Aid

A medical team and first aid area will be present at the venue throughout the event.

If you feel unwell or need assistance, please contact event staff or security, who will help you reach the medical team.

If you see someone who may need help, please notify staff immediately.

Your safety is our priority. If you are feeling unwell, do not hesitate to seek help - the medical team is there to assist you.

Seeking medical assistance will never get you into trouble. The priority is always your health and safety.

Please look after yourself and each other during the event.

Payment

The event is cashless.

All payments at the venue must be made by card.

Respect, safety and behaviour

We have zero tolerance for harassment, discrimination, unwanted behaviour, or disrespect towards other guests, staff, artists, or the venue.

This includes, but is not limited to verbal harassment, aggressive behaviour, unwanted physical contact, or any form of threatening conduct.

Anyone behaving in a way that makes others feel unsafe or uncomfortable may be removed from the event without refund.

Please look after each other and respect the space we are creating together.

If you lose something during the event, we will keep it if it is found or handed in.
